Lunchtime Run

I couldn't roll myself out of bed in time to run to work. So I made my run at lunchtime during a hot weather. It was very hot and I ran 2.5 miles to Goodwill and bought a bluetooth adapter for my computer and relaxed in the air conditioning. I even had a sports drink. I finished up the run in about 45 minutes. It was a hard 5.3 miles but I braved out the heat.

Morning Workout

I road my bike into work because I didn't get up in time. I was still late and hassled in the office. :(

Evening Run
In the Evening I ran home from work, leaving my bike there. I ran out Firehouse gate to lengthen the run and miss some hills. Then followed the seawall home.

Since I was running near my friend, Don's house, I gave him a call while running and told him I would be there in 5. Although he told me before that he wanted to start running with me he wasn't ready today because he had already eaten.

It was very hot and I went slow. The run took 46 minutes to run 5.0 miles.

I will catch him on Wednesday's run.

Morning Run

I felt great this morning. Maybe it was getting more than 6 hours sleep, or knowing that I was only going to run once today, but once I got started the run felt good. I will be driving back home this evening with my new car. I am excited. I got the 4.3 Mile run in about 37 minutes.

Morning Run

I woke up very early for a conference call to the US and was feeling tired when I took my run. I walked up the first 1/3 of the hill this morning and jogged in the rest of the way. The run felt like it was never going to end. But, it did, in 30 minutes at a total distance of 3.4 Miles.

Evening Run

I ran back home after work. The rain made it a bit cooler and easier to manage and I considered running the full 4.3 Miles but I decided to walk it in again and get some stretching. I would like to continue to have such a relaxed mindset to keep me from injury this time around. I ran 3.8 Miles in about 34 minutes.

Morning Run

This morning I woke early enough to run to work. With my car parked at the office this made it a little more convenient. :)

The course to work is mostly uphill and it still felt pretty work. I walked the first uphill to route 58 which is still only 1/3 the climb (100 ft). The peek of the run is just under 400 feet and pretty hard on my legs since I haven't been getting in the right training.

It was a 36 minute run for 3.8 miles.

Lunchtime Workout

I was a glutton for punishment and went to the Yoga class at lunch. Yoga is always more difficult than you remember. In addition to my legs being sore. My arms are sore too. But I can already feel a flexibility increase in my hips, which were really starting to become inflexible.

Evening Run

Total wasted by the end of the run. It was hot and I was exhausted. I stopped at 3.4 miles and walked in. Tomorrow I will take off and ride my bike to work. The run took about 30 minutes.
