Point System

I want to improve how I train and diet so I want to develop a point system that results in rewards to myself for maintaining a certain level. This will not necessarily be based on how valuable the item is to me but will be biased to encourage me to change bad habits.

BE) Drinking Beer: -1
WA) Drinking a liter of water: 1 limit 3
MI) Drinking a glass of milk: 1 limit 2
BR) Eating Breakfast: 1
BT) Eating a bento: 1
VE) Eating a serving of vegetables: 0.5
FR) Eating a serving of fruits: 0.25
RI) Eating a serving of grains/rice: 0.5
VI) Taking vitamins: 0.5
RU) Sticking with the plan for a run: 1
BR) Changing the run plan for something with risk of injury: -1
SW) Doing a full stretching and strengthening routine: 1

Weekly goal to receive a goal buck: 40 points.
